  • I currently offer in-person and virtual sessions for clients located in Colorado. In-person sessions take place at my office in the Capitol Hill neighborhood of Denver.

  • You can fill out the contact form on this page to request a brief consultation call. This free call helps us get to know each other, talk through your goals, and decide if working together feels like a good fit.

  • Therapy with me is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in evidence-based approaches. We’ll explore what’s keeping you stuck, help you process emotions safely, and work toward the peace and self-connection you deserve. I will encourage you to guide our conversations, but I can also hold us accountable to work on our established goals together.

  • I currently accept the following insurances:

    If you do not see your insurance listed here, I can offer a receipt for paying out-of-pocket that you can submit to your provider for possible reimbursement.

  • My current self-pay session rate is $120 per 60-minute session. Payment is due at the time of service.

  • Most clients start with weekly sessions to build momentum and consistency. As you progress, we may move to biweekly or less frequent sessions depending on your goals and needs.

  • The length of therapy varies for everyone. Some clients come for a few months to focus on a specific concern, while others continue longer-term to deepen their healing and self-understanding. We’ll decide together what feels right for you.

  • EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is an evidence-based therapy that helps your brain reprocess distressing memories so they no longer feel as emotionally charged. It’s often used to treat trauma, anxiety, and self-worth wounds.

  • I decided to pursue a career in therapy because I personally experienced amaxing impacts, growth, and healing from therapy—and I want to offer that same opportunity for others. I beliece there is healing within in community and connection.

  • I require 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If I don’t receive notice within 24 hours, you will be charged for your appointment. This allows me to honor everyone’s time.
