If you do not see your insurance listed here, I can offer a receipt for paying out-of-pocket that you can submit to your provider for possible reimbursement.

My current self-pay session rate is $120 per 60-minute session. Payment is due at the time of service.

Most clients start with weekly sessions to build momentum and consistency. As you progress, we may move to biweekly or less frequent sessions depending on your goals and needs.

The length of therapy varies for everyone. Some clients come for a few months to focus on a specific concern, while others continue longer-term to deepen their healing and self-understanding. We’ll decide together what feels right for you.

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is an evidence-based therapy that helps your brain reprocess distressing memories so they no longer feel as emotionally charged. It’s often used to treat trauma, anxiety, and self-worth wounds.

I require 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If I don’t receive notice within 24 hours, you will be charged for your appointment. This allows me to honor everyone’s time.
